At Tailored Stationery Designs, we strive to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied with our services and products. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Digital Products:

Templates (E-book, Coloring Book, Journal, Workbook, Notebook):

Non-Refundable: Due to the nature of digital products, all template sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered.

2. Custom Design Services:

E-books, Coloring Books, Journals, Workbooks, Notebooks, Children's Books:

Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required before work begins. This deposit covers the initial consultation, brainstorming session, and preliminary design work.

Cancellation Before Completion:
o If the client cancels the project before completion but after work has started, the deposit will not be refunded. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded based on the percentage of work completed.
o Refund Calculation: Refund amount = Additional payments made - (Percentage of work completed x Total project cost)

Completed Projects: Once the final product has been delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued.

3. Additional Services:

KDP Publishing Service:
Non-Refundable: This service is non-refundable once the book has been uploaded to KDP and the process is started.

Consultation Call - Creative Brainstorm Session:
Non-Refundable: The fee for the consultation call is non-refundable once the session has taken place.

Rush Delivery:
Non-Refundable: The rush delivery fee is non-refundable once the expedited service has been started.

4. Client Satisfaction:
We value our clients and aim to provide the highest quality service. If you are not satisfied with the final product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss potential revisions. We will work with you to make reasonable modifications to ensure your satisfaction.

5. Exceptions:
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on the subjective preferences of the client if the work was delivered as agreed upon during the consultation and design process.

No refunds will be issued for any delays or issues caused by the client, including but not limited to, delayed feedback, incomplete information, or lack of communication.
